“Completely unorganized. We ended up with two drivers in morning. We were the told that they couldn’t do the tour with an operator. Westminster Abbey rules. Ended up getting the 2 hour two. It was informative. But very expensive. After we asked the driver to drop us off someplace else and we would told by the office that it would cost more. The ticket is around $30 each. If we had u we it would have cost us $15. The price for this was outrageously $$$. Do the self guided tour instead.”

“Gavin was amazing!!!!!!!!! He met us at The Tower of London an hour after our tour started. We had unforeseen circumstances that caused us to be late. He made both tours very meaningful and full of intrigue and history. He made it fun for my 9 year old. She is still talking about his tours! She is a hard one to sale. When it was lunchtime he reserved a table at a restaurant so we could eat between tours. So kind and a d thoughtful! It was delicious pizza!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend him and when we come back do many more tours with him.”

“The private Tour was incredible, our guide Anna really knows the history of England, so we really felt like going back in time. She did go the extra mile and showed us places that go beyond a guided tour. The only downside was we got distracted with time, and only arrived at The Shard at 6:30pm and it was closing at 7pm. Also be aware that your guide has your tickets to The Shard. Overall it was a lovely experience!”
