“The bus transport was convenient and on time in both directions. Gate at Victoria coach station was well marked and there was helpful staff. All very well organized. Experience at the studios is impressive, even if one is not into Harry Potter. But it is sure crowded and quite expensive. Even though most operators offer a four hours stay at the studios, this is insufficient. Even after skipping the queues for the train and platform 93/4 photo spot, we had trouble finishing in time.”

“Jack was a brilliant tour guide, he was so knowledgeable about Harry Potter, but gave us lots of interesting facts about London too. I would definitely recommend doing this tour. The only thing I would mention is the fact that the iPad that he was carrying was quite badly cracked and some of the tour was based on watching a video on the screen, which was really hard to see.”

“The studio is very cool for any harry potter fan. Some really cool photo stops but better for a pair or group. The bus there was comfortable and did have charging ports but USB only. I felt a little pressured as you had to be back to the bus on time rather than taking as much time as you wanted but I still preferred this to having to organise my own transport. I took my own food but it was terrible over priced inside. If you have more time I would say stop at the cafe inside for a rest.”

“My husband and I went on this tour on August 10th (Sunday) while visiting London. It would be impossible to truly "know" Oxford unless staying there for a bit... maybe a day or two! However, Nick gave us an amazing amount of information and made our time in Oxford "come alive." He was knowledgeable, humorous and helpful. I loved the fact he gave specifics of things we could do in our hour of free time in Oxford. My husband and I went into the Ashmoleon Museum (my husband had at least 30 minutes to look at the coinage section and LOVED it), which was very close to our pick-up point.…”

“Overall experience was amazing the sets were intricate and elaborate. Food prices at the venue were outrageously high 87£ for three burgers and a hot dog with four butter beers was highway robbery. The butter beer fell short on flavor compared to the Unversal Studios Harry Potter experience.”

“Loved the studio. I felt the transportation could have been more organized. Yes, the weather was bad - rain and wind. But no organization of the queue, and it took long and was late on the way back Led to folks more annoyed and rained on than they needed to be. The entire group stood in the wind and rain. I think you could do better even from the start. At thr start, the waiting area was horribly warm and so everyone waited outside, then everyone at once rushed to get on. Seats terribly uncomfortable - no luxury about it. I think I'd take the train on my own next…”
