“The tour guide never showed up. What a horrible experience. We booked this several months ago and we were looking forward to this as a highlight on our trip to London. We woke our kids up early and we were all excited to see these sights outside of the city. And we waited for an hour until we finally heard that no one was going to show up. What a huge let down- really put a damper on our trip.”
