“This tour is a total SCAM - do not book this tour! In order to pick up the tickets there is a shady “meet” site at a fountain in a park about 7 mins away. No one showed up, never answered phone calls and never answered texts. Viator customer service could not reach them either. Horrible experience and Viator should not work with this company. I expect more from them. Even the Viator rep was not very helpful. Zero stars. There was no priority entrance. The museum is free and offer an audio tour for 3 pounds. This tour is a scam based upon my experience. Viator should have done…”
