Very well organized and you get to see a lot. The only thing I wish I would've bought prepaid tickets to go up into the Eiffel Tower. You get about 2 hours to view and eat around the Eiffel Tower. We waited in line through the security lines to go inside the grounds,but then you have to wait in line to buy tickets to go up, which the lines…”

“Our guide was really great. I was disappointed that we did not get to see Notre Dame, which was not their fault. It was due to high rain the day before and we did not get to see the arc de triumph. they did not even drive-by it because of traffic and said that the tour company didn’t understand the traffic in Paris so that’s why we couldn’t go past it. I think it would’ve been nice if our Tour guide would’ve walked into the train station with us in France and showed us where everything was ….our whole group was just a little confused, but eventually found our way”

“good rate overall but with the express train out there were no stops so I/we expected the same on the return and were not told there would be at least 1 (more?) so we rushed to beat everyone off the train to try to get a taxi only to find out we were 40 miles or so outside of London. Luckily there was another train about 30 min later we were able to catch back to London.”

I had a couple other tours booked through VIATOR that were refunded same or next day to the Queen's passing. Fortunately I was still able to see everything including all or part of what I wanted to. I know there was at least one person who had complaints thinking we had abandoned…”

“It's definitely worth doing. However, if you don't speak French at all (like me) it might be worth it to do a guided tour. Sometimes I felt like I was just wandering around. The train was nice and the info at the start was good too.”

“The tour was good but where we were not dropped off where we got on. And even though the driver gave us directions to a regular bus stop, those buses did not pass by the train station. That meant we had to take a cab, which cost €40.00 The four company should have told us that we had to make our own way back to the train station. If we did not get a cab we would have missed the train back to London.”

“Good trip. Hard to see things through a moving vehicle. Driver did an amazing job negotiating traffic. Mayor had closed many of the main roads to help the locals adjust to the Olympic traffic. We went in May to avoid the Olympic traffic; not the tour operators fault. Our guide was knowledgeable, bet tended to talk off and leave many in our party behind. Some were older, so we hung back a little as not to loose them.”
